New ACR Board-Certified Associates Join Doctors Imaging Group Doctors Imaging Group, a private, physician-owned outpatient imaging center located in North Central Florida, is pleased to welcome three new ACR board-certified associates: Justin M. Ruoss, MD, Andrew G. Spell, MD, and Wayne A. Wivell, MD. Justin M. Ruoss, MD Dr. Ruoss completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ruoss graduated from medical school at Florida State University College of Medicine and completed his residency at University of Florida, College of Medicine. He is board eligible for radiology and is ACR board-certified in pediatrics. Andrew G. Spell, MD Dr. Spell recently completed a fellowship in neuroradiology at University of Florida, College of Medicine. Dr. Spell graduated from medical school at Mercer University School of Medicine in Georgia and completed his residency at University of Florida, College of Medicine in neuroradiology.
